Your treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect Luxe Laser's scheduling policies. The most valuable thing that you can give someone is your time, and we fully believe that everyone’s time should be respected. That being said, we ask that you please give us a 24 hours notice of a need to cancel or reschedule your appointment so that we are able to re-adjust our schedule accordingly. We allow ONE reschedule per scheduled appointment with a 24 hour notice from your appointment time. As a courtesy we send automated 48 hour reminder notifications via text and email to prevent mishaps.
A failure to do so will result in the following:
Late cancellations and reschedules –Those attempting to change appointments within less than 24 hours of appointment time will be charged 50% of treatment with a minimum charge of $35.
“No-shows”- Clients who are not present for their appointment will be considered a No-show, and forfeit their appointment. Clients may also be required to hold future appointments with a credit card that will be charged in the event of another no-show or late cancellation. A continued history of no-shows may result in a dismissal from Luxe Laser, LLC.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, the remaining time of your treatment will be given, but not all treatment is guaranteed.
We recognize that the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. Luxe Laser operates on a by-appointment only schedule. If members of our staff have traveled to our facility and reserved time for a client who does not show up, we not only lose your business but also the potential business of other clients who could have been scheduled during your appointment time. For these reasons, we are obligated to compensate our staff for their time as well as make up for lost revenue. Our goal is to provide a stable and healthy environment for our employees as well as our clients.
